This plot is located against the village of Vergisson so near vines in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The exposure is rather East. The soil is clay-limestone with many pebbles. These vines are 40 years old on average.
This free run juice fermented totally in barrels with 20% new oak until mid-December. Winegrowing in barrels for 6 months with regular stirring.
The nose has first aromas of toasted bread which evolve quickly on aromas of red fruits such as cherry. The mouth is very well-balanced between power and minerality. It is long, powerful and very precise thanks to a very fresh finish.
